Cancellation fees and travel cancellation insurance
Cancellations are annoying, but something can happen to anyone. If you cancel a booked hotel stay late or not at all, or if you cancel it early, cancellation fees will be charged. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the cancellation conditions listed below. In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation fees 2024
- more than 60 days before departure: free of charge cancellation fee
- from 60 days to 30 days before departure: 40% of the booking value
- after that we charge 90% of the booking value
in case of early departure, late arrival or no show we will charge a cancellation fee in the ammount of 90% paid of the missing days.
Cancellations are valid only in written form.
Please note that our special prices and flat rates for weekly packages are only applicable for the entire stay.
Rooms are available for use from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. However, please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, on the lawn/sun terrace, or in the wellness area; or indeed on the terrace area during meal times. We charge € 10.00 per day for pets, excluding food.
Your invoice will be ready at the reception desk from 8 a.m. onward on your day of departure.
Accounts can be paid in cash (up to a maximum of € 1.999) or with an EC card (within the set limits). We also accept the following credit cards: VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD.
